Leadership Team


Christian Hesselhoj

Managing Director
Christian has over 20 years of experience in leading complex IT and Lean Six Sigma transformation programmes in Fortune 500 companies. Christian has worked in a wide range of industries which includes both public and private sector organisations, manufacturing, transportation, government, utilities, media and financial services. During his career at GE Capital, he was involved in outsourcing several functions and business processes from IT, operations, claims, finance and risk. Christian outsourced and delivered over 15 global projects, including datawarehousing, application delivery, and infrastructure support across 4 GE businesses. He founded GOX Global in 2006 and have since delivered successful engagements with City of London Corporation, PEI Media, OCS, Procorre, Aster, Nampak Plastics, Thomson Local, Partnership Plc, Microsoft, Energy Intelligence, Euromoney and several public sector organisations. Christian holds a BSc in Economics from Royal Holloway, and an MSc in Information Systems from London School of Economics. He is certified in Six Sigma, Prince 2 & ITIL and Lean Management.
Sudip Roy

Sudip Roy

Transformation Director
Sudip has a proven track record for transforming back and middle office services including HR, Payroll, finance and accounting, using RPA as a lever for transformation. He has implemented RPA projects across several blue chip organisations in the financial and insurance sector. Sudip is a highly experienced Business Process Management Professional with more than 20 years of experience in Agile Project Management, Operations, Strategy, Customer Interaction Management and business development in industries including Consulting, IT, Telecom and Business Process Management. With his experience in delivering high-risk, mission-critical technology and process based business solutions; Sudip has successfully implemented new technology and processes to meet business requirements. He is capable of effectively communicating with technical and non-technical staff at all levels, including C-level executives.

Reina Tan

Transformation Consultant - Senior Business Analyst
Reina has over 12 years’ experience as a Business Analyst. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and brings a deep Commercial and Finance experience to transformation projects. Working across finance, digital and consulting since 1999 has given Reina a breadth of experience of different operating models. Prior to GOX, Reina was a business analyst at Endemol Digital Media commercially advising on the development of many Digital properties. She helped implement one of the largest media SAP transformations at Disney Consumer Products Europe.

Jon Kidd

Jon serves as director for GOX Global - working closely with clients’ senior executive teams to design and deliver strategic and corporate transformation programmes. He draws on over 25 years of experience in a wide variety of business and technology leadership roles across multiple sectors and geographies. Jon’s assignments span the entire change lifecycle, from initial planning through to delivery and successful operation of the target operating model. His approach to leading complex change programmes ensures deep-rooted and sustainable high performance through business process optimisation, technology enablement and cultural transformation across the organisation. A Chartered Engineer, Jon’s experience is underpinned by a strong suite of academic and professional qualifications including a Masters Degree in Microelectronics, a Fellowship in Manufacturing Management, MSP Practitioner, EFQM and CMMi. Jon’s client base includes both public and private sector organisations, including manufacturing, transportation, government, utilities, media and financial services.

Rupert Hobson

Client Executive
With 15 years’ experience as a Senior BA and Project Manager, Rupert serves as our Client Executive and Team Leader. Frequently involved with onboarding team members, Rupert’s many years of experience enable him to provide the training and support to GOX’s Associates to ensure they always hit the ground running. Rupert’s expertise lies in understanding the complexities of Actuarial and Financial services where he has helped deliver strategic projects with a significant business impact at Zurich Financial, Partnership Plc and Chartis Insurance.

David Palmer-Jeffrey

David has over 20 years experience holding both business development and strategic leadership roles in the technology and business services industries. He was instrumental in establishing the print, data & document management genre in the UK, and has successfully delivered numerous sourcing and technology engagements. David also coaches and trains in-house and outsourced teams, focusing on customer service, collaboration, information sharing and communication skills. He is a graduate of the University of Northampton.
