Director
Jon serves as director for GOX Global – working closely with clients’ senior executive teams to design and deliver strategic and corporate transformation programmes. He draws on over 25 years of experience in a wide variety of business and technology leadership roles across multiple sectors and geographies. Jon’s assignments span the entire change lifecycle, from initial planning through to delivery and successful operation of the target operating model. His approach to leading complex change programmes ensures deep-rooted and sustainable high performance through business process optimisation, technology enablement and cultural transformation across the organisation.
A Chartered Engineer, Jon’s experience is underpinned by a strong suite of academic and professional qualifications including a Masters Degree in Microelectronics, a Fellowship in Manufacturing Management, MSP Practitioner, EFQM and CMMi. Jon’s client base includes both public and private sector organisations, including manufacturing, transportation, government, utilities, media and financial services.
