He was instrumental in establishing the print, data & document management genre in the UK, and has successfully delivered numerous sourcing and technology engagements.
David also coaches and trains in-house and outsourced teams, focusing on customer service, collaboration, information sharing and communication skills. He is a graduate of the University of Northampton.
