- Engaged senior IT, c-Suite and business stakeholders to provide data and insight to help define a new Target Operating Model Strategy. Produced a Benchmarking report including:
- Review of People, Process and Technology
- Voice of the Customer Interviews across 5 factories and 3 offices
- Commercial benchmarking against similar FMCG competitors
- Delivered 262 outcome based functional IT support requirements
- Obtaining Detailed costings & fulfilment approach.
- Identified quick win areas for improvement and cost reductions and a 3 Year roadmap to deliver it
- Designed retained IT organization across European regions for best-fit TOM
- Delivered improvements for the service desk, onsite support with clearer definitions between IT and OT at the factories in UK and Ireland.
